EXCHANGES & RETURNS
1. EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satified with your order you can change the items you bought. Before sending back your item send us an e-mail and we´ll place for you the new item you want until we receive your parcel.
Write to our KLING Eshop manager: marina@kling.es
In this case you will have to pay for the postage and packing, both for the return of the garment
and for our parcel with the new one.
(7 Euros for European Union and 25 Euros for other countries).
2. RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your order and you don´t see at our Eshop any other item you like you can send it back for a refund.
In this case you´ll have to pay for the postage and packing when you send back the item.
As soon as we receive it here we´ll send you e-mail and we´ll refund you the money you paid for the item by a bank transfer.
If you paid by Pay Pal we´ll refund you the money into your Pay Pal account.
* All exchanges and returns must be done within 30 days since purchase
3. EXSCHANGES AND REFUNDS SHEET
With your order, you will receive this sheet with exchange and return information. You must fill it and send it back with the order to the address appears below.
